Hi, I'm Anthea Chilianis, Certified Baby Sleep Consultant

I am a sleep consultant living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I work locally and online anywhere in the world!

 

I am a mum to 3 beautiful kids and like anyone, I have had my fair share of struggles with my kid's sleep.  As a result of these struggles, I implemented a good routine and used sleep training techniques which was a total game changer. 


As a sleep consultant, I love helping families achieve their sleep goals. Goals that they never thought they would reach. It can be really hard to get a baby to get the sleep that they need. They often just need the space to learn to self-settle and resettle during sleep. For any parent, this can be so daunting.
